Additional Information
Webelos: Friday night campsite set-up will be after registration and prior to the Opening Ceremony at 6:30 pm. Friday night will also include advancement opportunities and a campfire. Saturday morning will include breakfast and additional advancement work.
All Cub Scouts: Saturday morning will be campsite set-up after registration and prior to the Opening Ceremony at 10:00 am.
All: The remainder of Saturday will include a series of round robin events, lasting 45-50 minutes each. Lunch and dinner are included in the registration fee. There will also be a flag ceremony, campfire, and some time for each pack to be together.
Sunday includes a flag ceremony, breakfast, and campsite breakdown. Please be sure that your campsite in cleared of all equipment and garbage prior to your departure.We anticipate the most groups will be departing by 9:30 am.
It ISN’T necessary for an entire pack to participate. Individual scout/adult partners are welcome to attend even if they are the only ones from their pack.
