In an effort to more effectively serve the youth and volunteers of the Samoset Council and to address key areas our volunteers have asked us to improve, the Samoset Council is planning to make changes to the council and district operations model we have been working under for several decades.

The current proposal, which the executive board will vote on at the September board meeting, will likely be implemented beginning in the spring of 2018.
