Third Annual Smiley Stampede!

Instead of hitting the pavement this year, Smiley Stampede runners will enjoy the beautiful trails and lake scenery at Crystal Lake Scout Reservation in Rhinelander!

The third annual event will be held on Saturday, August 27. SIGN UP NOW!

Participants can choose to run a chip-timed 5k or 10k with a gun start. In addition, a half-mile kid's loop will also be available. Since we're at Camp, why not pitch your tent and stay a night or two? You can enjoy optional tent camping Friday and Saturday ($5 fee per night per tent) with a carb-filled pasta dinner on Friday evening ($5).

Kids can enjoy the rock-climbing wall and zipline for a flat $5 cash fee payable the day of the event. Concessions and the Trading Post will be open for purchases on Saturday, the day of the event.

Packet pickup  starts at 9am. The 10k and 5k will start at 11am with the Kid's Loop following that. Awards will take place after the Kid's Loop race.

Registration is online and ends August 25. We welcome registrations at the door up to 15 minutes before the races start.

Packet pickup and the start line is at the Hanna Adventure Base at the Crystal Lake Scout Reservation at 5305 Crystal Lake Rd, Rhinelander WI 54501.

All participants will get some cool swag and Smiley goodies!
