The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Founded in 1920, Samoset Council currently serves 6,300 youth in north-central Wisconsin. We provide the necessary support services to ensure success of our districts and the units they support. Furthermore, the council provides year-round camping programs, youth and adult training opportunities and a council service center.
20 Dollars for 20 Years: The SCAA is working to help fund new Akela’s World dining hall tables and to maintain the sponsoring of camp staff scholarships. Former camp staff are asked to contribute at least $20 to the SCAA for these projects to keep with the 20 years theme.
