Set Sail for Section Conclave

Conclave Activities:

  • Activities: This year's Conclave will feature high ropes course, climbing wall, yard games, gaga ball, kickball, and much much more!!
  • Hodag: Saturday night will cap off with a Grand Hodag!
  • Patch Auction: Some highly collectible, limited edition patches will be available for auction in the dining hall on Saturday evening after dinner. Watch or join in the bidding of some very cool and unique patches. Youth and adults will have separate patch auctions.
  • Housing: Indoor housing is available for the weekend for an additional $25 per person. Indoor housing is heated and has electricity. Note: indoor housing is available to those with a medical or other need at no additional cost. If you have a medical need, use the indoor housing Youth/Adult registration options and indicate in your registration if you have a need, the form will apply a discount to offset the cost of indoor housing.

Early Discount
Before 9/1/2023 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Youth (under 21) Registrants.
Before 9/1/2023 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Youth (under 21) with Indoor Housing Registrants.
Before 9/1/2023 a discount of $5.00 will apply to all Adult (21 and over) Registrants.
