The Annual Sporting Clays is one of Samoset Council’s fundraising events to continue to give our Scouting youth the best of the best in a Scouting program. The funds from this event help our 6,000 youth with need-based scholarships, continual outreach development, and providing a high-quality camping experience. We simply love helping our youth experience adventure, leadership, character development, citizenship, selfless service, and so much more!
We have five different options for our sponsorship opportunities:
Eagle Sponsor (Presenting Sponsors): $5,000
- Two team entries (10 shooters)
- Half-page, full color ad in Samoset Voice, mailed to 5,000 Scouting families
- Presenting Sponsor logo placement on all marketing materials, including website
- Entryway banner placement at event (banner provided by sponsor)
- Promotional table at event (materials and manpower provided by sponsor)
- Speaking opportunity during event banquet
- Preferred product placement at the event
- 10 free raffle tickets for outdoor/shooting themed raffle
- Reserved seating space with logo at the lunch
- Lunch for ten shooters
Life Sponsor: $2,500
- Two team entries (10 shooters)
- Quarter-page, full color ad in Samoset Voice, mailed to 5,000 Scouting families (May)
- Logo placement on all event posters prior to and at the event
- Banner placement at event (banner provided by sponsor)
- Product placement at the event
- 10 free raffle tickets for outdoor/shooting themed raffle

Star Sponsor: $1,000
- One team entry (5 shooters)

Hero Sponsor: $1,000
As a company you can sponsor a group of five Frontline Hero's to participate in our event! Community Hero's will be invited to participate for free on your sponsorship representing our Law Enforcement Community, Fire Departments, Emergency Medical Services, Active Military & Veterans, and Healthcare workers.
