Registration
- 2008 Unit Reservation [fillable pdf] - reserve unit space for summer camp 2008!

- Campership Application [fillable pdf] - complete for campers with financial need and submit by April 1st.
- Letter to Employer [fillable pdf] - inform your employer about volunteering your time at camp.
- Payment Form [fillable pdf] - register campers for camp and submit by April 1st.
- Refund Request [fillable pdf] - must be completed to receive a refund, see guidelines on page 16.
- Scout Release Request [fillable pdf]- complete for Scouts leaving camp early and bring to camp.
- T-shirt Preorder [fillable pdf] - complete to preorder camper T-shirts for your entire unit. You may also preorder with your online camp registration, selecting "Camper T-Shirt" from the activity list.
- Unit Photo [pdf] - complete to purchase your unit camp photo taken by a member of our staff. You may also order with your online camp registration, selecting "Unit Photo" from the activity list.
Program & Advancement
- Akela's World Advancement Schedule [pdf] - provide to Scouts as they plan their advancement schedule.
- Den Schedules [pdf] - provide to Leaders of Akela’s World Scouts
- Leader/Scout Evaluations - help us improve our programs and services.
- Precamp Swim Test [pdf] - record results and mail, fax, or email to the Scout Center.
Medical
- Class 1 & 2 Medical [pdf] - complete for campers 40 or under, see page 25 for specifics.
- Class 3 Medical [pdf] - complete for campers over 40 or trek participants, see page 25 for specifics.
- Scout Medication [pdf] - complete for campers with medication and bring to camp.
- Special Diet Request [fillable pdf] or Special Diet Request (online version) - complete for campers with dietary needs at least 2 weeks in advance; please refer to the camp menus above.
