ACES the All Scouters PowWow is an opportunity to get together with other adult Scouters to learn and share Scouting methods and ideas. This supplemental training event is designed to charge your Scouting battery and challenge every Tiger Cub Leader, Den Leader, Webelos Den Leader, Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, every Assistant Leader, Committee Member, Parent, Unit Commissioner, Venturing youth or Officer, and Charter Organization Representative. Use A.C.E.S. as a tool to enhance your ability to deliver the Scouting promise to the youth in your unit. |
2010 Theme:
Scout Trek - The New Frontier! “Boldly go where no Scouters have gone before!!” Join the Scout Trek Team at A.C.E.S. Plan a personal program that is tailored to your specific needs.
Course Details:
- Doors Open at 7:45 AM - 8:20 AM for Check In; closing Ceremony ends at 3:45 PM
- Cost is $12 per registration (some classes have additional costs). Register by January 29th and save $5.00.

Using the course description section of the registration flier to decide which courses you are interested in. Please review all the course offerings before deciding which courses you wish to attend. ALL courses are open to all leaders, select carefully—there are 33 different selections in all.
Den Chief Training: Send your First Class Scouts to A.C.E.S. for Den Chief Training. Encourage Scouts to work with Packs where they will serve as a role model for the Boy Scout program. Again this year—adults may join the Den Chief training using the adult fees.
New Lunch Program: Back to basics! Enjoy an “out of this world” dinner freshly cooked outdoors by Scouter Frank Larson & friends. On the menu—chicken cordon bleu, ribs, sides, and desserts PLUS appetizers like won tons and crab Rangoon! Talk about an intergalactic adventure—join Frank and friends and enjoy! The cost is only $6.50 and will include hot beverages!
Midway: Plan a tour of the Midway from 9:55 AM to 2:25 PM to find: A Mini Scout Shop, program resources & support, religious awards, displays, concession stand w/food and refreshments, and much, much more!
